Today I want to talk about a website that I am in love with. I have tried a lot of different workout programs. I’ve bought Jillian Michaels DVDs, Pilates DVDs, Kickboxing DVDs, Insanity, P90X, T25… but out of all of those I like this site so much better. The site I’m talking about it BodyRock.tv. Finding time to workout can be one of the biggest struggle while trying to get fit. It’s not about having time it’s about making the time.
